Chris Jordan’s leadership journey spans more than 30 years, shaped through military service, law enforcement, leadership coaching, ministry, and organizational development.
His foundation began in the United States Air Force, where he spent 11 years serving in Security Forces, Law Enforcement, Anti‑Terrorism Instruction, and Public Affairs. These years formed his understanding of structure, accountability, communication, and the weight of leadership.
After the USAF, Chris continued serving his community as a Deputy Sheriff for another 11 years, adding crisis leadership, human behavior, and high‑stakes decision‑making to his leadership toolkit.
These first 22 years forged a leader who is steady, principled, and deeply committed to clarity.
Leadership Coaching & “Inspired to Lead”
In 2016, after leaving the Sheriff’s Office, Chris became a John Maxwell Certified Coach, Speaker, and Trainer. He launched his own leadership consulting business, where he coached executives, teams, and organizations on communication, alignment, and culture.
During this season, Chris founded the national leadership conference “Inspired to Lead,” a gathering designed to equip leaders with practical tools and transformational principles.
This chapter established Chris as a trusted voice in leadership development across multiple industries.
A Season of Fostering & Family Ministry
In late summer 2019, Chris and his wife Emily stepped into full‑time fostering, pouring their lives into children who needed stability, safety, and love. They fostered for over three years, until early 2023, a season that reshaped their understanding of compassion, resilience, and family leadership.
When the children transitioned, Chris sensed a new assignment forming — one that would bring his leadership experience into a new environment.
The Call to Chick‑fil‑A
In early 2024, Chris stepped into Chick‑fil‑A Bel Air, where he has spent the last two and a half years developing leaders, strengthening culture, and building systems that reinforce clarity and accountability.
His work at CFA directly shaped the frameworks now taught through The Culture Table — practical, repeatable, and rooted in real organizational experience.
Spiritual Leadership & 420 Fire
Since 2018, Chris has served within 420 Fire International as the Maryland Hub leader. Chris currently also serves as an elder and oversees 7 states. He is carrying an apostolic and pastoral mantle that influences everything he builds. His leadership is deeply spiritual, deeply intentional, and deeply aligned with the order God has established in his life:
The Lord → His wife, Emily → 420 Fire → The Culture Table
This alignment keeps his leadership grounded, protected, and purpose‑driven.
Academic Foundation
Chris’s education reflects both his professional and spiritual calling:
Two Associate Degrees (USAF) — Criminal Justice & Public Affairs
Bachelor of Science (Johns Hopkins University) — Business Administration
Master of Science (Johns Hopkins University) — Leadership
Graduate Certificate (Liberty University) — Christian Ministry
This blend of academic rigor, ministry training, and real‑world leadership experience gives The Culture Table a unique depth and authority.
